Help Desk for the Students, Parents and Genral Public
This Help Desk system has been established to assist the students, parents, and general public who approach ADJ Dharmambal Polytechnic College, Nagapattinam for information or guidance regarding admission procedures or any other inquiries. The Help Desk aims to foster a transparent, responsive, and accessible environment for students, parents, and the general public. To ensure the widest possible access to these services, the Help Desk is available through multiple channels – in person, over the phone, via this web portal, and through email. Any inquiries or grievances submitted through these channels are routed to the appropriate department through a centralized system. This integrated approach to grievance redressal is designed to provide an inclusive and efficient service, enabling swift resolution of grievances while enhancing the experience for all stakeholders.
